New bookings through Cal.com

The booking page loads Cal.com’s embedded calendar and its booking script. Cal.com receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details when the calendar loads. You enter your name, phone number, email address, chosen service and appointment time there. The studio uses these details to arrange your visit, manage changes and contact you about the appointment. Cal.com processes booking information and checks the owner’s connected Google Calendar; appointment details are also processed by Google Calendar. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cal.com manages its booking records and communications under its privacy policy. Google’s processing is described in its privacy policy. The website’s former 90-day database retention rule does not set retention periods for Cal.com, Google Calendar or email copies. Contact the studio to request access, correction or deletion.

Existing appointments made on this website

Appointments created before the switch to Cal.com remain in the former booking system; they have not been imported into Cal.com. Existing cancellation links and already-scheduled confirmation or reminder emails continue to be handled by that system while those appointments are outstanding. It stores name, phone, email, service, appointment time, language and booking status on Cloudflare. Its customer booking records and contact details are retained for 90 days after the appointment. Google Calendar events and sent or received emails are separate copies managed by the studio, Google and recipients.

The former system’s Google connection

The owner authorized Google sign-in, Calendar availability and event access, and Gmail send-only access. The website does not receive the Google password or permission to read the Gmail inbox. The former system retains this connection to manage existing appointments and their emails. Its server-stored refresh credential is encrypted and is retained until the stored connection is deleted; revocation at Google prevents further use but does not automatically erase it. Disconnecting it while appointments are outstanding stops their calendar and email operations.

Google user data received by the former app is used only for these booking and email functions, not sold or used for advertising or AI training. Human access is limited to support, security or user-authorized purposes. Its use and transfer adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The owner can revoke connections through Google account connections and ask support to delete the stored connection. Existing events and email copies are not automatically deleted.

Changes and cancellations

Use the management link in your original confirmation email: Cal.com links manage Cal.com bookings; older website links manage older bookings. See the booking terms.
